Galentine’s is a new trend where all your girls to get together and enjoy Valentine’s day! I went to my first one a couple of years ago. If you have a budget I got you covered!
Now obviously you’ll need wine or something to drink! The perfect wine is a super cheap, you can find it at Walmart for under $10, is Stella Rosa it’s perfect for even the new winos! Even my husband can drink this brand with me and he is a whiskey kind of guy y’all. Ifyou don’t want wine mimosas or mock are great substitute!
Now decorating is really going to depend on where you’re having yours. If you’re having it in your home then you’re probably gonna want to decorate more than just your dining room, have a little bit of stuff throughout the living room, and have a cheap little DIY wreath atthe front door. I can definitely show you some of those in one of next months posts. But super easy stuff thatks cheap balloons, tassels, and other little trinkets from the dollar tree or the target dollar section. Walmart even has some great options! You can find millions of DIY Valentine’s Day Decour on Pinterest.
So if you aren’t having it at home you would have it at a restaurant. This is pretty much the same thing for decorating, just get little trinkets, a cute little tablecloth to go on at a local restaurant. Most restaurants have a party area, a room just for you guys even then the balloons and little tassels will be super cute and make everybody fill in all the love.
If you’re at a restaurant the food is super easy. Obviously they’ll order their own thing you don’t have to bring your own drinks or anything but decorations. Some restaurants will still let you bring what you want to bring as far as drinks, like if you have a special mocktail that you’re wanting to have at the party like the one I have pictured above. I’d double check with them, most restaurants will possibly let you bring something in if it’s a party of 15 to 20. If not they make you order yourself with that everybody usually gets their own bill and you really just pay for appetizers or you can pay for the whole thing that’s up to you!
Now making food at home is probably gonna be a little bit cheaper, super easy, and very fast. If you’re having a brunch, a waffle bar is perfect. You don’t have to worry about how you’re going to make it, add some fresh fruit, maybe a couple of chocolate covered strawberries and you’re calling it a morning . If you’re looking more towards a dinner, pasta and some garlic bread is perfect ! Go to your local bakery get some macaroons, maybe some chocolates all which are super easy really fast and pretty cheap.
