Maternity Workouts!

I would love to be one of those fitness crazed pregnant ladies, but I refuse to be fake for the sake of the internet. I have been health conscious the majority of my life nd pregnancy has been nothing new as far as that is concerned, yet it's not what I am use to being pregnant. So you have been struggling to find things that are not exhausting, because if you have never heard of this like me- exhausting weighted workouts can cause stress hormones to release!

I have found a few different things that are great for this, these could be really great whether you worked out before pregnancy or just trying to get into it for a healthier pregnancy (and easier delivery from what I hear)!

My first thing that is so easy to just start doing is just go for a walk and squat down instead of bending over. These are two super simple things that are always great for mamas-to-be. I did want to take it a little further than this so I looked at videos on Youtube and also used my BOD (Beachbody on demand). BOD is pretty much Netflix for workouts, It even has cooking shows for just healthy options. I pay for this instead of a gym membership because it comes with personal trainers and goes with me wherever.

For YouTube I didn't use any specific channels I just looked up what trimester I was in + workouts. Once I found one that looked like I would be interested I would get my water and what not to get started. I tried to find workouts all under 30 minutes. That way I didn't over exert myself.

I also have some friends that joined PowHER fit and loved it. I wont review too much of that one because I didn't use it. I do know that my friends had a fast and easy delivery and She is recovering very quickly.
