I freaking LOVE to cook! However, we all know that the fall is when everything starts to get crazy busy for us. We have kids going back to school, getting back from vacation and right before the Holidays start. I get to add having our first baby to this fall season this year. So I have some really great go crockpot dinners!
Of course there are so many options since fall is the best season for crockpots to be pulled out and used on a daily basis. So most likely this wont be my last time posting a recipe for the crockpot and even the instant pot.

So once you prep everything it actually is SUPER simple to do.
Add everything except the shrimp and rice for the first 4 hours. After this you will add the rice for 2 hours, and lastly about 20 minutes before this is done add in the shrimp. Cover back up until the twenty minutes is up and then you are done.
Side note for my non-spicy peeps. 2 jalapenos is not going to make this spicy. However 3 will give it an extra little kick.
